Eagles Cliff Villa is a stunning 4 bedroom luxury villa is situated in a panoramic location between the villages of Peyia and the the beautiful village of Kathikas. It has amazing sea and mountain views, a fantastic infinity pool plus all the modern amenities you would expect from a rental of its type. Our exquisite holiday destination features marble flooring throughout and includes a designer kitchen with panoramic views from the living area. Every window offers stunning landscape views, fit for a piece of fine art. Each bedroom is en-suite and has its own private balcony. 
 
Eagles Cliff Villa is set amongst the vineyards close to the beautiful village of Kathikas and offers both mountain and sea views.  Watch the sunset from one of the terraces in the tranquil and peaceful surroundings.  The elegant villa is within walking distance of the traditional village of Kathikas with its numerous traditional tavernas.

  • Written email confirmation of your ceremony date and time with the Marriage Officer;

  • Written email confirmation of other venue bookings as required;

  • Ensuring all your legal paperwork is correct and in order prior to your arrival in Cyprus;  Present at the local Town Hall to meet the Marriage Officer to present your legal paperwork and to make payment of the applicable fees;

  • Personal Wedding Coordinator on the day of the wedding.

  • Round Posy of Roses finished with ribbon for the bride;

  • Gypsophilia posies or wrist corsage for 2 bridesmaids;

Our packages are exclusive of the fees for the Special Marriage License & Marriage Officers Fees.  The fees for this venue is currently €600 and is payable directly to the Town Hall during the registration process.
