  1. Once we receive your completed booking form, we immediately have your acceptance of the below terms and conditions.

  2. Once we have received your completed booking form, we will provisionally book the date, ceremony time and wedding venue with all the relevant authorities.

  3. You must then pay a small deposit so your wedding will be booked and confirmed. The remaining balance is to be settled in several payments over the time until your wedding and a payment plan is to be agreed with yourselves with the final payment to be made no later than eight weeks prior to your arrival date.  Deposits are not refundable.

  4.  If the stage payment is not received by the due agreed dates, then Simply Cyprus Weddings reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the date available to other clients. In this case, monies received will be refundable, subject to the cancellation charges below.

  5. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking, please consider the following:
we will try, where possible, to make alternative arrangements for you; and
you can take out travel and wedding insurance, which covers cancellation, as soon as you book your wedding.

All cancellations must be submitted to Simply Cyprus Weddings in writing, either by email, fax or post, and will be effective from the date of receipt by us. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be made on the total of the wedding package, optional added extras and wedding reception agreed, after the initial deposit is deducted:

3 month to 6 months prior to arrival 100%
6 months to 9 months prior to arrival 80%

12 months or more prior to arrival 20%

All relevant charges will be deducted before any monies are refunded.

  6. In the case of a wedding postponement, the above cancellation policy will apply to the original wedding date.

  7.  You are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all legal and travel documents required for your wedding and that they are valid and correct.

  8.  If you have a complaint during your stay in Cyprus you must inform one of our local representatives who will then do their best to resolve the problem on the spot.
